Throne of Control
This campaign will start out effectively at Level “0” going for a more commoner into something more effect. Stats will be generated using the rules for NPC from the Core Rulebook, those being: 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, and 8. 0th level will be one of five NPC classes before taking your first PC level, effectively replacing your NPC level. The first level you take in your PC class will be your favored class for that character. There will be some extra requirements that your 0th level must meet for your future classes. Nothing super strict but enough so that it does precursor path as a important role in the story. Requirements will be listed here, and any specifics for archtypes can be discussed.
Advancement to 1st level
When taking your first level of a PC class there are going to be a few things to note. First, once PC status has been attained you will roll 6d4, adding each die to one ability score, (only one die may be added to a stat in this way, or one die per ability score.) Second, sense your 0th level represents your life before the event, you won’t lose any skill ranks if the class you evolve to gains less skill points and will gain them as normal for the class upon leveling to second level and up. Any feats that you have that are gained by taking the class (ex. weapon proficiency), open up becoming a free slot for a new feat so a class doesn’t leave you slightly weaker because of prerequisites. Third and saves that the NPC class has that are good saves carry over to the new class but don’t increase beyond +2 until the PC class would normally increase beyond that +2, same goes for BAB.
